Our Work

Port Townsend 2026 Bond Materials

With high school buildings nearly 100 years old and a popular, growing alternative school housed in portables, Port Townsend School District's need for modern, seismic resilient buildings was well known. What was not known was whether the community would support a bond to replace some historic high school buildings and remodel others. We worked with Port Townsend for nine months to help communicate the plan and gain community buy-in. Voter support was loud and clear with a 70.38% approval of the bond–the highest of any bond measure in the February 2026 election in the state.

Informational Mailer

The district sent out a 4-pager mailer to the community to share the bond information with those who were unable to attend informational presentations.

Client Feedback

ESD 112 provided examples of multi-modal communication and helped us tailor messaging to our community. They were with us every step of the way planning a multi-year strategy and helping us respond to emerging questions. I felt confident presenting to community groups with strong materials that focused on students.
