Port Angeles Capital Levy Materials
Rural Port Angeles School District had been trying to raise money to improve its aging school facilities for years, but every funding measure put before voters had failed. We helped the district communicate the need for a capital levy, so they could address the most urgent needs. It passed by 54%.
