NEWTech Skills Center Communications Audit
From the summer of 2021 through the spring of 2022, our team worked with a focus group from NEWTech Skills Center in Spokane School District to frame a strategic communications plan using our SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) Analysis. This process helps us to better understand the many things our clients are proud of and also the areas where they can improve. Meetings and surveys identified areas to focus on planning and growth for NewTech Skills Center in the future. Our report provided a roadmap for everything from rebranding to new communications efforts.
